The concept of the Incognit range from the Mas Rodó winery is that they are wines of broad appeal, which also meet our own demands of quality. That’s why they’re blends, because this allows them to produce the balance and flexibility every one looks for in these wines. This wine is based on a dominant percentage of Parellada, with the best Parellada in the Penedés growing at higher altitudes, gives freshness of acidity, and balance in intensity along with the complexity of the Macabeo, and the aromatic and fruity touch of Muscat. Balance is the basic character of this wine, where nothing should stand out but it all comes together.
Straw color with greenish reflections. On the nose hints of herbs, fennel and rosemary, varietal aromas. Its passage through the mouth is fresh, silky and balanced, with a well integrated acidity.
