70% white garnacha from the Serra de Castellnou estate. 30% Viognier from the Serra de Castellnou estate.
Vinification: The first fractions of the must were settled at 13ºc for 24 hours, followed by fermentation for 25 days at 14ºc. Blended in December 2019. Clarified with bentonite, then filtered and cold stabilized. Bottled in February 2020
Oenologist’s note: Bright yellow in color with soft greenish tones, it stands out for its aromatic power full of fruity sensations. On the palate it is tasty, broad and with good acidity, which makes us face a wine that stands out for its pleasant structure.
