Organic farming. Traditional Method. 20% Macabeo, 20% Parellada, 40% Xarel.lo, and 20% Chardonnay.
The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, typical of the traditional method, for at least 24 months. No dosage is required to preserve its dry, strong character. Characteristic of a single vintage. Deliciously dry and flavorful. The finish is pleasantly dry, but unlike many other Cavas, flavorful and simply delicious.
