Bodegas Tabula’s 24 hectares of vineyards are located in Olivares del Duero, Valladolid province. The natural ingredients, the vinification techniques essential for obtaining quality wines, and the modern style are a reflection of the vineyard’s character. Respect for the fruit, the search for the origins of a piece of land, its terroir, is where the work of Jose Luis Muñoz and oenologist Aurora Garcia began. They sought the finest grapes in Ribera del Duero. Bodegas Tabula was founded in 2002. Despite its young existence, the winery has received rave reviews from the public and the press.
Hand-harvested grapes. Intense cherry-red color with violet and red hues. A powerful aroma of cherries combined with licorice and spices. A full, velvety flavor perfectly balanced. Soft tannins ensure a beautiful and long finish. Aged for 14 months in French and American barrels.
