Description

Nadal were pioneers in the production of sparkling rosés, releasing the first Rosado Brut and Rosado Semiseco in 1964. The change in style at the turn of the century, transitioning from a more rustic rosé to a paler and more delicate one, led to the adoption of Salvatge label. Composed of 73% Macabeu and 27% Pinot Noir it boasts a very fine bubble and carries citrus aromas with candied red fruits, and light notes of ageing. It remain structured, very tasty and persistent. To resume in one word: elegant.
