Description
A delicious classic Vinho Verde (50% Alvarinho, 50% Trajadura) from small scale producer Márcio Lopes. In appearance the wine presents a light citrus color, while on the nose there is a distinct freshness and subtle notes of ripe citrus. The palate is lively, light, with fine acidity and minerality. This Pequenos Rebentos is beautifully balanced and dangerously drinkable in the garden or on the patio, yet at 11.5% alcohol, it stays very pleasant. This wine pairs particularly well with light vegetal dishes like asperagus as well as salads and fish preperations.
