Description

The grapes are pressed with a gentle pressing . The vinification is done off the skins to remove the strong coppery component typical of Pinot Grigio, immediately separating the skins from the must in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine then ages on the lees for about six months in steel tanks, before aging in the bottle for the next two months. The color is straw yellow with golden hues. On the nose, it opens with pronounced floral aromas that then shift towards fruity notes, particularly apple and ripe pear. On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, expertly blending a good body with a pleasantly acidic fingerprint, which adds freshness to the drink. Balanced in every component, it has a good persistence.
