Description
This wine reflects the unique and historic vines and vineyards that define the identity and uniqueness of Traslanzas wines. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with yeasts from the grapes themselves, at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is aged in American oak Bordeaux barrels for five months. After this time, it is bottled and matures for six months. This wine is golden yellow, clean and bright in color, with aromas of white fruit, citrus, sweet spices, white flowers, and fennel.On the palate it is fresh and smooth, with ripe white fruit, balsamic notes, a slight bitterness, and a very persistent aftertaste.
