Description
Years of history are reflected in these wines, born from the land of Vinalopó. It has been a singular piece of land since prehistory, it gives life to the town of Villena and has always known how to adapt to changes, providing modern wines without losing that memory, that identity. This fruity, juicy white wine is made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes from a rugged slope whose roots are deeply embedded in the limestone rocks. A surprisingly complex, rich nose brings out aromas of melon and pear, with even a hint of toast and subtle notes of citrus and freshly cut grass. The tasting experience is just as rich, with more emphasis on the fresh aspects of this Sauvignon Blanc, with the tropical fruit complementary in the background. The aftertaste is juicy and fresh and makes you want more. This wine is excellent to serve as an aperitif wine, yet it also works very well with light starters. The ideal serving temperature is about 8 degrees.
