Description
Adega Mãe from southwest Portugal makes a fine Vinho Regional Lisboa. Viosinho and Alvarinho play the leading roles in this blend, in an excellent interplay with Arinto and Sauvignon Blanc. Refreshing citrus fruit (grapefruit) and stone fruit (peach); good body with a slightly salty note. Expressive and lightly aromatic with a dry, fresh finish. For food pairings this wine complements bacalhau com natas, cold cuts, chicken, fish, salads, shellfish, sushi, and tapas.
