ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.50%
VARIETIES: 100% Graciano from our own vineyards.
AGING: 16 months in 80% French and 20% American oak barrels, the rest in bottles.
APPEARANCE: Clean and bright with some very fine free-run juice. Very high intensity with claret tonality.
SMELL: Very high aromatic intensity. Black fruits and spices (pepper). Second layer of dark chocolate notes. With evolution in the wine glass it gets a complexity towards the spiced character (clove, Juniper berries…etc.)
TASTE: Vibrant, good acidity, body and structure. Long and persistent with a final hint of spiced pepper and Juniper berries.
